Earth's distribution of water

The large cylinder represents the amount of water on earth found in oceans. The smaller two cylinders represents the freshwater found both in glaciers, lakes and rivers. The small drop of water in Will's hand represents the amount of water on earth that is drinkable. This water must be shared amongst billions of humans. Is it enough?
